Pecan Pie Ice Cream Wedges with a Chocolate Shell

Pie. Ice cream. Chocolate shell. This is how you turn leftovers into applause.

1 baked & cooled pecan pie
1 quart ice cream
1 cup chocolate or chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
Flaky salt or toasted pecans (optional)

Ingredients
Step 1 Freeze the pie 1 hour.
Step 2 Slice ice cream into slabs; layer over pie. Freeze 30–45 minutes.
Step 3
Melt chocolate + coconut oil to make magic shell.
Step 4
Pour over frozen pie; sprinkle salt/pecans.
Step 5 Freeze 1 hour.

Instructions

Warm a knife to slice into wedges.
