FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I get on the set? This is a virtual event — no travel required. We'll send you a Zoom link so you can watch all the behind-the-scenes action live from home (pajamas encouraged).

What if I can't be there all day? No problem — come and go as you please. Plenty of fans watch for a bit in the morning and pop back in during the afternoon. You can also watch right from your phone.

Will I get a fan giveaway? We can't guarantee it, but we run a VIP Backstage Pass giveaway at the end of each filming day — and winners are pulled only from people signed up for that day, not our larger show-wide giveaway. So your odds are better than usual!

What's the difference between the Single Day Pass and the 3-Day All Access Pass? The Single Day Pass ($50) gets you into one day of filming — your pick of November 2, 3 or 4. The 3-Day All Access Pass ($100) gets you into all three days, so you catch every Holiday episode plus more hangout time with Clinton, Michael & Carla. Either way, you get the same perks.

Do I need to watch the whole 9:30am–4:30pm block? Not at all. That's just the filming window. Drop in for one episode or stay for all six — it's up to you.

When will I get the Zoom link? We email your VIP Zoom link by 9:30am ET on each day you're booked. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Can I choose which day I attend? Yes. With the Single Day Pass you pick the day that works best. With the 3-Day Pass you have access to all three — just show up whenever you can.

What do I need to join? A computer, tablet or phone with internet and Zoom (it's free). That's it — just bring your appetite for behind-the-scenes chaos.
