FAQs --- Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get tickets to be on the set? This is a virtual event — no travel required! We'll send you a Zoom link so you can log in from your computer and watch all the Behind-the-Scenes action live. It's not an in-person event, so you can watch from the comfort of your own home (pajamas encouraged).

What if I can't be there all day? No problem — come and go as you please! Last time, plenty of folks watched for a bit in the morning, stepped away, and popped back in during the afternoon. You can also watch and listen right from your phone, so you can take the party with you wherever you go.

Will I get a fan giveaway? We can't guarantee it, but we do run a VIP Backstage Pass giveaway at the end of each filming day — and winners are pulled only from people signed up for that day, not from our larger show-wide giveaway. So your odds are better than usual!

What's the difference between the Single Day Pass and the 3-Day All Access Pass? The Single Day Pass ($50) gets you into one day of filming — your pick of October 5, 6, or 7. The 3-Day All Access Pass ($100) gets you into all three days, so you catch the full spread of Fall & Halloween episodes plus more hangout time with Clinton, Michael & Carla. Either way, you get the same perks: the live feed, early looks at episodes, recipes, and the VIP hangout.

Do I need to watch the whole 9:30am–4pm block? Not at all! That's just the window filming is happening in. Drop in for one episode or stay for all six — it's totally up to you and your schedule.

When will I get the Zoom link? You'll receive your VIP Zoom link and instructions in the days leading up to the event, so keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe check your spam folder, just in case).

Can I choose which day I attend, or do I get assigned one? You pick! With the Single Day Pass, you choose whichever of the three days works best for you. With the 3-Day Pass, you've got access to all three, so there's nothing to choose — just show up whenever you can.

What do I need to join — any special equipment? Just a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access and Zoom installed (it's free). No special gear needed — just bring your appetite for behind-the-scenes chaos.
