Easy
Ingredients
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
• 1–2 tablespoons chili crisp, to taste
• 2–5 tablespoons warm water, as needed
Instructions
STEP 1:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili crisp until smooth.
STEP 2:
Add the warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until the sauce reaches your desired consistency. Use less water for a thicker sauce to spoon over grilled chicken, and more water for tossing with noodles.
STEP 3:
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional soy sauce, rice vinegar, or chili crisp, if desired.
STEP 4:
Serve over grilled chicken, toss with warm noodles, or use as a dipping sauce for vegetables, dumplings, or spring rolls.
STEP 5:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If the sauce thickens, stir in a splash of warm water before serving.
