Key Lime Cardamom Fizz

A bright, citrus-forward cocktail with warm spice and a touch of salt — topped with champagne for an elegant finish.

  • 1 cup sugar 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 5 cardamom pods (crushed) 

  • 1 cup key lime juice 

  • ½ tsp rock salt 

  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Ingredients

Step 1:

Heat sugar, water, and cardamom until dissolved (do not boil)

Step 2:

Remove from heat; steep 30 minutes

Step 3:

Strain and cool

Step 4:

Mix syrup with lime juice and salt

Step 5:

Add 1/3 syrup to glass and top with champagne

Instructions

  • Garnish or serve over frozen syrup cubes
