Citrus Salsa

A bright, seasonal twist on salsa that swaps tomatoes for fresh citrus—perfect for winter months when oranges are at their peak.

2 navel oranges, supremed and chopped
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp kosher salt

Ingredients
Step 1: Supreme and chop oranges into bite-size pieces
Step 2: Add oranges to a bowl with red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño
Step 3: Add lime juice and salt
Step 4: Toss gently to combine
Step 5: Let sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors

Instructions
Serve with chips or over fish/chicken
